This program will focus on making small changes to better your health without it affecting your daily life. 

With a structured weekly workout plan, dozens of meal prep ideas, a weekly meal plan, tips on how to plan ahead, positive mindset tips, and support from myself, YOU CAN DO THIS. 

NEW additive to my program- The first few days will involve a 3-4 day detox (its not a juice cleanse, you will be eating foods) but after this detox my ladies lose between 4-8lbs in a week!
