But is it going to guarantee you results? Nope.⠀
That’s because finding the answers isn’t the problem.
It’s COMMITTING TO IT that’s the hard part.⠀
It’s having the willpower to hold yourself accountable, no matter what.
It’s saying “no, thank you” to having seconds when you’re a guest in someone else’s home. -
It’s waking up early to get in your workout, even on the days when you don’t feel like it.
It’s seeing no immediate progress on the scale and still following the plan as if you did.⠀
All of these things aren’t easy to do alone, but they’re a hell of a lot easier to do when you have someone to hold you accountable. ⠀
